return policy and faq
i do returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis. here are the things that will get you a new product, guaranteed:
1: the print on your product is fucked up
2: you received the wrong product
3: the product itself is fucked up
everything else will be determined as it happens. shoot me a dm or an email if you've got any questions and we can see if we can work something out.
q: when will my order arrive?
a: most orders are shipped within a week of your purchase. take note, though - if the product is a preorder, it'll take some extra time.
q: can i track my order?
a: upon request, yes. my printer sucks in that they don't automatically tell me every order's shipping number, so i can't automatically give you an email with your order's tracking info. if you dm me or email me, though, i can give it to ya no problem.
q: i ordered the wrong thing, or i changed my mind. can i change my order?
a: depends on how soon you let me know. if your shirts have been printed, or your stickers have been shipped, there's not much i can do. let me know asap if there's a mistake.
q: i accidentally typed the wrong address. can i fix it?
a: again, if you let me know quick enough, yes. but if the label's been printed or the shirt's been shipped, you're outta luck.
